Our Mission

To help secure the financial future of our business clients and their employees through qualified retirement plans.

Since 1983, E.R.I.S.A., Inc. has delivered exceptional service to our clients. We currently service nearly 400 retirement plans. We offer an unparalleled client experience along with the highest level of technical proficiency and cutting-edge plan design. To meet these goals, we prioritize technical training and the importance of client service. This requires clear communication, avoiding jargon, and carefully listening to our clients’ objectives. We continually refine our procedures and services based on our years of continuing experience.

What Makes Us Different

We take a consultative approach to the design and administration of retirement plans. We strive to create the best possible plan design based on a particular set of circumstances. We also take care to make sure that our clients’ retirement plans operate in accordance with the applicable tax and labor rules.

Our administrators all have degrees in mathematics or related fields. They possess great quantitative skills, and their backgrounds allow them to deal with complex and abstract concepts in a continually changing regulatory environment. Our administrators are motivated to continue their training by pursuing advanced designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. This organization has the most rigorous training relevant to our practice.

Our team members have strong interpersonal skills. In addition, our culture emphasizes excellent communication skills. We recognize that these factors are necessary to deliver a satisfying client experience. Our nearly 36 years of experience proves the long-term value of our approach relative to the assembly line approach characteristic of larger providers.
